Is designed to provide training, supervision, and activities to a member to develop skills. This service is primarily offered in a community setting. It is intended to help members learn safety skills and socialize.  Under DTA, WelfareHealth and its team is licensed, trained and certified to provide educational, vocational and occupational as well as employment services in a supervised community environment with daily activities and outings to enhance their socialization.
